My company uses Google Apps as our email system. Our industry regulations require us to have the ability to produce all emails for a given user 1) during a specific time period, 2) that include a specific keyword, or 3) are to/from a specific person. These emails must be produced on a CD or flash drive. Forgive my ignorance on this topic, but can somebody please explain the simplest way of achieving this, using either the Gmail Backup tool or any other method? Thanks! |
