Gmail Backup Team,

Good day! I am a gmail user and would like to use Gmail Backup service. Now I would like to inquire about the confidentiality of the system. After reviewing the process, understood that it will save all the selected emails to my hard drive. Question is, Are there any chances that the application(Gmail Backup) will send out copies to other servers/emails that will compromised the confidentiality of emails?
