Google Apps mail backup

Im getting an error when trying to backup my google mail from Google Apps. Im running the latest gmail backup software. The error i receive is the following:

Error: IMAP: [ALERT] Web login required (Failure)

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

How to fix

Visit https://www.google.com/a/yourdomain.com/UnlockCaptcha

Note that you need to replace yourdomain.com with your domain name.

Fill in the necessary boxes and click on "Unlock" to fix the IMAP error.
