no labels upon restore

Hello.
I am migrating from one gmail to another.
Backup was performed Ok. there are correct (I think so) label.txt file.

Upon restor I got all my mail but no labels.

What should I do? How to fix this?

no labels upon restore

Same thing happened to me. Migrating from gmail to google apps. No solution yet.
