why the backup folder can not get more emails.

Hello,
I have a problem. Why the backup software can not get more emails after I backeuped 8070 files in my e:\email1 folders.
The backup session is still running and there is no error message.
I check ids file in the folder it is still growing.
Please let me know how to show the further emails in my folder.
