Labels and ASCII caracters

In your FAQ I found this question:

I have a problem with getting labels.

Currently, Gmail Backup supports only [a-zA-Z0-9] characters in your labels. If you have *,/,+,' or any non ASCII characters in your labels then Gmail Backup fails.

If you want a quick fix then rename your labels.

Is this stil a current issue? If i read your changelog it's supposed to be fixed, right?

Only ASCII characters yet no labels

I removed all characters from my label names, but I still had no labels restored to the account. How can I remedy this?

No Labels

Did a full backup and restore - and absolutely no labels cam through. Any ideas?
