1) Enter the address www.gmail-backup.com to the browser.
2) Find the latest version (currently 0.104).
3) Click on the title - "GMail Backup 0.104"
4) Click on the link to download GMail Backup - Download gmail-backup-0.104.exe
5) That's all :-)

If You can download from vid23.com because you need guidelines to create any video so download the original quality version of the videos, TV shows from video.com. For this i found best place where we can download any video from Youtube, Megavideo, etc.
