Account exceeded bandwidth limits

I attempted to backup and restore my emails (about 4 GB) and the

Promosyon Usb program reached 99% finished. But then I received the error:

Error: IMAP: [ALERT] Account

Promosyon Usb exceeded bandwidth limits. (Failure)

Do I have to restart the process? Do I have to wait? Is this an issue

Promosyon Usb with gmail, my internet provider, or gmail-backup?

Same problem

Any solution? Mine tried to restore a few times and quit around 21%. Changed the dates to see if that would work and ran into this "exceeded bandwidth limit" message.

I had this problem with outlook too. My solution was simply to wait 24 Hours and then finish the transfert, which worked great for me.
