Difference between size in Gmail and size in bck mail

My Gmail account say, in bottom of page, I used about 2 GB of space in mail
When I see my backup folder, I found file for, about, 300 MB.
The difference is so big that I think not all email in backup (like the number of .eml file say) or all the contents of this is backuped.
Who's don't say the true Gmail o GmailBackup ?? :)

Ops, I founded the no backuped mail is the mail in trash folder. After purged the trash folder the size of backup and the size in gmail page is little different.
