error while starting back up

Hi !

everytime i start the gmail backup software it gives me a error "Error IMAP: invalid credentials 32if14624283wfa.12".

can somebody provide a step by step guide to do the back up, ia m using microsoft xp

Error while starting Backup

Hi,
Everytime I try to run gmail backup application, I get the following error

Error: (10060, 'Operation timed out')
There are network problems, please, try it later

Someone please help me.
