One-click backup of all Google Apps email accounts

I have several user email accounts on my Google Apps. Is there a way to back up ALL of them at once so I won't have to back them up one account at a time.

As well, is it possible to set the daily backup time on automatic mode?

Contacts & Calendar Backup

I'm unable to find out how (if possible)to back up ALL my gmail (messages, calendar, contacts, tasks, etc). Can someone help me? I can back up my messages with the backup tool.
