Pausing the process?

Is it possible to Pause the process? It's eating my bandwidth like crazy. Can't use the net currently.

Is clicking Stop the thing? I'm afraid to click on it cause I don't want to interrupt the process.

The GMail Backup doesn't

The GMail Backup doesn't have the Pause feature. Maybe we will include this feature in some future version.
