I am moving my Gmail records from one account (apps) to another (non-apps). The mail items restored but Gmail Backup reported a communications outage during restoral of the labels.

I tried to restore again but it appears to be re-sending all the mail items and not recognizing that they are already present. In fact it has duplicated some of the mail.

How can I restore just the labels in order to complete my file?
