Three Gmail Backup issues with v1.06 on XP

Hi -

I'm using:
- XP Pro
- Command line version of Gmail Backup v1.06
- D:\Program Files\GmailBackup>gmail-backup.exe backup c:\gmailbackup#\$YEAR\$MONTH\$FROM me@gmail.com password 20090128

The issues I have are:
1) The default of subject line as part of filename causes zero byte files to be created e.g. with subject lines containg ":". A quick fix is to use the template feature by adding # to the dir name.
2) Backups are being made to wrong dir in my case D:\2009 not C:\gmailbackup as specified
3) After successful download I get the error "Backup Error: IMAP: SELECT command error: BAD ['Could not parse command']"

Regards

Paul
