I use outlook express and all emails are downloaded and saved there. I read them offline at leisure. Then, why to waste storage of hard disk by creating back up? I do not understand the need to back up as Gmail provides lot of space. It is compatiable with outlook express and it can be read, stored there itself. Pl clarify. I have today installed Google back up. I do not know its advantages?
