If I backup my emails and move to a different account (another gmail account) will it restore my conversations?

I know that all my emails will be restored but will they be restored and groups as conversations?

‹ Size limits on backup? Is it possible to backup only specific labeled emails? ›

Yes

It will be restored as conversations, Gmail groups them together according to the In-Reply-To: header.
